Valerie Bundy (“us”, “we”, “ours”) is the author of https://offvalschest.com website.

For the purpose of maintaining the website (and maybe paying off some cancer debt) I do have affiliate advertisement in the form of ads or links on this website. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. I will only advertise for products that I have personally had experience with. I promise to keep annoying pop up ads off the page.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you visit or interact on our website and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the content being delivered. By using the website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

When leaving a comment be kind. People have enough fear and doubt in their life that they don’t need anyone else adding anything but kindness to their day. We are about helping each other get through the all the times including the rough. We welcome everyone to share their experience but we ask that you don’t share your judgement about someone else’s experiences. We each have our own way and that is okay. Remember peace, love and laughter. Not hate, ugly, and anger. Taste the words you type before you click the keys on the keyboard. Sour words have no place here.

We reserve the right to delete any comments or content at any time without any explanation.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
